Processes, Cleaning, & Fees
30% Payment required if booked more that 45 days in advance, the remaining balance of 70% will be charged automatically 45 days prior to Reservation.
100% payment required if booked 45 days or less proir to the Reservation.
Veranda Unit 201 cleaning fee is $220 plus Tax, Reservation Fee, and Processing Fee (Tax & Fees)
Turtle Walk units 201, 202, 401 cleaning fee is $240 plus Tax, Reservation Fee, and Processing Fee (Tax & Fees)
Blue Dolphin Units 201, 202 & 203 cleaning fee is $225.00 plus Tax, Reservation Fee and Processing Fee (Tax & Fees)
Blue Dolphin Unit 402 cleaning fee is $270 plus Tax , Reservation Fee, and Processing Fee (Tax & Fees)
Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 10am, this allows extra time for sanitization.

June and July Rentals require a 7 night stay Saturday to Saturday
