All of our condos face the Gulf of Mexico and overlook their sparkling pools and sugar white sands.


Step out onto your Gulf front balcony and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins play in the ocean. Our balcony views can’t be beat and are the perfect place to relax, catch a breeze, listen to the crashing waves and savor our famous Okaloosa sunsets. And… the seasonal fireworks off of Okaloosa Pier are spectacular from our balconies.

Enjoy the privacy of your condo. Turtle Walk, Blue Dolphin and Veranda are all low-density buildings, therefore, the beaches and pools are never crowded, unlike high rises. Turtle Walk and Blue Dolphin sit side by side, while Veranda is just a few steps away. 


Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, cable TV, washer and dryer, and FREE beach service (umbrella and 2 chairs). 


Covered parking helps protect your vehicle from the blistering Florida sun. No smoking and no pets are allowed in any of our condos.
