Taxes and Fees
We add an 13% tax and a one-time cleaning fee to our rentals.Veranda Unit 201 has a cleaning fee of $175 and a Reservation & Processing Fee of $52.95
Turtle Walk units 201, 202 have a cleaning fee of $225 and a Reservation & Processing Fee of $52.95.
Blue Dolphin Unit 201, 202 & 203 has a cleaning fee of $200 and a Reservation & Processing Fee of $52.
Blue Dolphin Units 402 have a cleaning fee of $240.00 and a Reservation & Processing Fee of $52.95
